My First Camping Trip

I went camping this weekend! It was my first camping trip ever! We went to Butler Canyon in Anza Borrego State Park and camped in one of my daddy's favorite spots (at the end of a 10 mile dirt road past Dry Lake) and then camped in Belle Campground in Joshua Tree National Park. It was very dry and very hot, but we went on a few hikes and made campfires and relaxed under the new Alcove and in the the new Kingdom6 tent we just got. It was super fun, even though my skin is very sensitive to all that dryness! I saw lots of lizards too!!

We went hiking here on day two of our trip, it is between Anza Borrego State Park and Joshua Tree. It is called Painted Canyon near Mecca.
