Vermont Road Trip

Mommy and Daddy took me on a road trip to Vermont. We first stopped at Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory where we met the Stutz's, Sarah, Steve, Samuel and Adeline.

Adeline is so tiny!! She is only 5 months old.

We went to the graveyard, all these flavors have expired. :( I will never get to try them.
Then we were invited to Sarah and Steve's house where we played and I got to pet a big doggie!!

THEN we got invited to Sarah's parents house, Mary Ann and Ed Wilson. It was such a special night, Daddy got to go on an ATV ride and toured the Stutz-Wilson sugar maple farm. Yup, they made their own maple syrup for the first time and entered a fair and won First Prize! Mommy and Daddy say it was delicious! After dinner the Wilson's sent up a special flying lantern for us. It was awesome! That family is so wonderful. We all felt so welcome and loved. They were trying hard to convince us to move to Vermont... sounds good to me! What fun we had!
The next day Mommy and Daddy took me to the Vermont Teddy Bear factory in Burlington. We went on the tour (lots of cheesy bear jokes!) and then picked out a teddy for me. This is my new teddy bear before he gets stuffed. I am so excited!!! I named him Baxter Bear. He is the BEST!

Before my Teddy was stuffed, Mommy made a wish and sealed it with a kiss on Baxter's heart.

After the factory tour we drove on the islands in Lake Champlain, but Mommy got super sick! We tried to make it to AUsable Chasm. Here we are playing on the playground near Ausable Chasm... sadly we were too late to go on the tour. :( Something to do next time!

Here are all the pics and some videos!!

NH motorspeedway, Weirs Beach and mini golfing

Daddy really wanted to see the New Hampshire Motorspeedway, since he loves Nascar so much. Even thought there wasn't a race going on, we were still able to go in and check it out. There were some motor cycles driving around at least!
Googly Eye surprise!

We went mini golfing in Weir's Beach at Pirate's Cove. This place was totally awesome!!

I even got out of my stroller to play too!
Ahoy matey.
Googly Eye Surprise!
We had fun at Pirate's Cove. Arrrrgh!
Then we went to Weir's Beach and watched the Mount Washington tour boat set sail, Mommy and Daddy played some skeeball and won my a rubber ducky, and we walked around a bit.

I met my GREAT grandparents, my Mommy's Daddy's Mommy and Daddy. Grammie and Grandpa. AND I met my cousins, Daysha and Nate. AND I met my Grandpa Steve, my Mommy's Daddy.
This is me and Grammie.

This is me and Daysha, my cousin. She is going into 5th grade! Isn't she pretty?!
Here are Daysha and Nate, my cousins!

They even got me a cake! I don't eat cake yet, Mommy is mean, but it looks good! I can't wait until my first birthday.

We like to dance!!
Then we went back to Memere and Pepere's and I met Mykey, my Mommy's Godfather!! He just got off of work at Papa Gino's.

My Trip to the East Coast

Daddy and Mommy and I went on two planes to get to Boston! The first plane I sat on Mommy and Daddy's lap and got to look out the window. Then I got my own seat on the second plane. I like to travel, people even told Daddy and Mommy that I am a good baby on the plane. I never cry. I am so awesome.

We landed in Boston at 11:45PM, which is only 8:45 West Coast time, so we drove a while to get to our hotel room. This was the big chair in our room.

The next day we went to Cape Cod.

I wasn't so sure about the water though. Brrr.
But the sand.... sand is yummy! Yeah, I put it in my mouth first chance I got!
We checked out some interesting features.
And Mommy and Daddy had a snack and Mac's.

Cliffs on the beach!
We are here.

We saw the site of the frist wireless communication across the ocean. This was the message sent.
Weeeeee.
We saw lots of lighthouses!

A summary of my trip to New Hampshire!

We landed in Boston after a good flight over and went to Cape Cod. Then we get to Memere and Pepere and Mem's (my great grandparents, and my great Great grandmother, who is 97 years old!).

We stayed at Memere's for 2 weeks, and mow my grandmother is here too! Yup, that means there are FIVE GENERATIONS sleeping under one roof right now!

We met my grandfather and other grandparents, Grammie and Grandpa, and my two cousins Daysha and Nate.

Then we went to the NH motor speedway, played minigolf at Pirate's Cove, and Mommy and Daddy played skeeball at an arcade and won me a rubber duckie for bath time (he is great to chew on).

Then we spent the day at Memere's swimming and I met my cousins and first cousins once removed: Nicole, Arianna, Travis, Michelle, Eric, my mommy's Godfather Mykey, Lisa, and Mikaela, and my auntie Doreen, who I took a nice nap on. And Uncle Tim even took a bus from Boston to see me!!! We got to go swimming in Memere's pool which was super fun!!!

Then we went to VT and toured the Ben and Jerry's factory and met Sarah, Steve and Samuel Stutz who invited us to their farm. Then I met their whole family and Daddy got to go on an ATV ride and learned all about making Maple Sugar! The Stutz's learned how to make their own and won first prize in the fair!! The next day we saw Lake Champlain and almost made it to Ausable Chasm, but Mommy got really sick, so we didn't do much that day. We did manage to get to the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory though, went ont he tour and Mommy and Daddy got me an awesome teddy bear, named Baxter Bear. He even has a felt heart, and Mommy got to cut the unbearicle cord. :)

Then Daddy had to go home, :(. I miss him lots, so does Mommy!

We spent the next day visiting with my birthday buddy, Steph, and a friend who Mommy hadn't seen in 12 years! We hung out in Portsmouth at a restuarant and Prospect Park. That night I got to see my Grandma, who flew in from Seattle!

The next day we visited with Grandpa again and then I met Suzanne Marchand, and 88 year old woman in a nursing home who is very kind and has been sending me cards and money for my piggy bank. We visited with Grammie and Grandpa again for a little while. The next day we spent with Grandma and went on a hike to Pulpit Rick in Bedford, drove up Mount Uncanoonik, and I put my feet in Mountain Base Pond. I got to see a doggie play in the water too, I love doggies!!

The next day we drove to Massachusetts to see my mommy's friends Jackie and Rich and their kids Maddie and Katie. Then we saw Travis and Michelle and Arianna and their doggie, Harley. And thenI met Mommy's friends from high school, Shelly and Ellen, and Ellen's 5 month old baby, Isaac. Isaac doesn't like to sleep through the night yet.

Then we had family day at Memere's house, with a visit to Grammie and Grandpa's too. And I met my great, great, great aunt, Minnie. Yup, my triple-great aunt! We also took pics of the 5 generations in Memere's backyard.

The nest day we went to go to Canobie Lake Park with Lisa, Mikaela, Nicole, Arianna, Uncle Tim, Grandma and Mommy! I went on all sorts of rides!!

Then Dave, my mom's friend from high school, picked us up and took us to Boston. We spent some time in the arboretum before takign a taxi to the airport. We flew to Dallas/Fort Worth without any trouble, then had a long layover and played in the play area for a bit.

Finally we got home, after 2 amazing, exhausting weeks! I slept in my own bed and then took a 4 hour nap the next day!

THANK YOU EVERYONE for an amazing time. I can't WAIT for next year to see you all again. But dont' forget, you are always welcome in our home if you want to see me before next summer! :) In fact, I hear I am having a birthday party on September 26th and YOU ARE INVITED!

Cross Country Flying

I am just 9 months old and I am already flying all the way across the country!! Mommy, Daddy and I are going to New Hampshire today, to see my Mommy's family and where she grew up. I have already flown before, to Seattle, but this flight is much longer and we are flying to a different time zone! Sounds like fun. :)
See you all in New England!

Eating With A Spoon

This is the first time Mommy really let me be in charge of the spoon. I am eating some oatmeal. I did a good job, if I do say so myself!

Peek a Boo

This morning I played Peek A Boo with Mommy - often Mommy will hide me under a towel or something and I pull it off, but today was the first time I used my own bib to hide! He he.

And this is me the other day. I found my new favorite chew toy - it's from the alphabet floor mat Mommy and Daddy got me, gotta love the number zero!

Last My Gym class :(

Today was my last class at My Gym. I loved going there! Nicky and Tara were my teachers and we played all kinds of games and did all sorts of gymnastics. I got to hang from bars, swing on funny swings, jump on trampolines, chase after balls of all sizes, go on sled rides, dance to different songs, chew on various toys of course, learn to climb up stairs, watch other kids do their fancy tricks (I loved watching them jump on the big trampoline especially, I can't wiat till I can do that!) and today I even got to go on a roller coaster ride with Tara!

Mommy and I are sad we can't go anymore, but she says maybe we can every once in a while for free play! That would be cool, not as cool as class, but still fun fun fun! Free play is when ALL the Noahs are there! I met 4 or 5 other Noahs at My Gym, all during free play and all different ages, but always older than me. It was the most popular boys name as far as I could tell.
