Snowy day in Zion

Oh dear.
We woke up this morning to find it snowing, which it did all day for us. Hello snow men! We didn't make these guys, just found them near a parkign lot.

We decided to do the 2 mile Riverwalk today. This time with the other, Little Life, backpack which had the most amazing rain cover! I stayed nice and warm the whole time! Not to meniton how many comments we got from others on the trail! Everyone was so impressed with how prepared Mommy and Daddy were. People are just so happy and friendly on the trail!
It's snowing! A stranger actualy insisted he needed to take this picture of us, for us. So nice!
Backpack flap can open too...
... and closed.

on the trail with Mommy

Taking a little break in an alcove.

The nice person who took this picture of us actually asked permission to take their own pic as well... I am telling you, everyone really liked this backpack!
Hanging out in my backpack on the bench. He he.

It did get a little foggy in there though.

And now I am riding with Daddy.
Such a winter wonderland. It was awesome!

The end of the trail, and the entrance to "The Narrows".
Heading back to the car, still snowing.
A splash of colorful leaves.
We also went on a short hike to Weeping Rock.
Silly family photos!

Heading back to the car after our last hik.

Yup, that was super awesome. Zion is amazing!

Bryce Canyon National Park for a day

Another cold day... even colder in fact!

snow is so fun!
Bryce Canyon. It was too cold and slippery, so we didnt go hiking here, but stopped at the viewpoints to see the beauty!

Mommy and Daddy and an arch.

Sunset :)
And that night Mommy gave me a bath in the sink. How embarrasing!

Hiking in Zion - Angel's Landing and Canyon Overlook Trail

Here we are in Zion National Park that day after Thanksgiving.

Going for a hike, I get to ride with Mommy today to climb (part of) Angel's Landing. This is the Deuter Backpack.

View on the trail from the bridge.
That's Angel's Landing up there. Our goal is the flat spot on the lower left.

Daddy on the trail. We just climbed up that trail.
Me and Mommy.

We didnt quite make it to our goal because Walter's Wiggles was too slippery. But we stopped to have lunch right here. Boy were there a lot of happy people on this trail! Everyone had to stop to talk to me and comment on my "ride".

All done hiking that trail. Time for me to stretch my legs and play in the snow! Yes, I am very bundled up!
What IS this stuff?!
Weeee, I fell, he hee heee.

Next we did the Canyon Overlook Trail. This part the trail isnt even on real ground!

Here's my family at the overlook. :)

This place is sooo beautiful!
